Hardwood Floor Refinishing in Naples, FL
Scratched, dull, or sun-faded floors don't need replacing — they need refinishing. We sand, stain, and seal your existing hardwood back to like-new beauty.
The Service
Hardwood Floor Refinishing, done right.
Hardwood is one of the only floors that can be made new again. Refinishing removes years of scratches, wear patterns, water marks, and the sun-fading that Florida light works into every floor over time. When our team refinishes a hardwood floor, we take it down to fresh, clean wood, then rebuild the finish layer by layer — leaving you with a floor that looks and performs like the day it was installed, at a fraction of replacement cost.
Refinishing is also your chance to change the character of your home. Go lighter and more coastal, deeper and more traditional, or switch to a modern matte finish. From Olde Naples cottages with original oak to Marco Island condos ready for a refresh, we tailor the sanding schedule, stain, and topcoat to your wood and your vision.

Good to Know
Hardwood Refinishing — your questions, answered
How do I know if my floor can be refinished or needs replacement?
Most solid hardwood floors can be refinished several times, and quality engineered floors with a thick wear layer can often be refinished at least once. We inspect your floor's thickness and condition free of charge and give you an honest answer — if refinishing will work, we'll tell you; if it won't, we'll tell you that too.
How long does refinishing take, and can I stay in my home?
A typical refinish runs three to five days including cure time between coats. Many clients stay home and simply close off the work area; for whole-home projects, some prefer to plan around the finish's cure window. We'll help you plan either way.
Will refinishing remove pet stains and sun fading?
Surface scratches, wear, and most sun fading sand out completely. Deep pet stains that have penetrated the wood may require board replacement, which we handle as part of the project and weave invisibly into your existing floor.
What finish sheen is most popular in Naples right now?
Matte and satin finishes dominate current Naples design — they show fewer footprints and micro-scratches and suit both coastal and contemporary interiors. We bring sheen samples so you can compare in your own light.
